Refund and cancellation policy

Recovery services (delayed or missing bag, lost item)

No charge is made at request. You can cancel free until we collect the bag or item. Once collected, the delivery fee is due; if we cannot deliver for reasons on our side, the fee is refunded in full.

Bookings (home check-in, Land & Leave, Hajj & Umrah baggage)

Full refund for cancellations more than 24 hours before the booked slot; 50% between 24 and 6 hours; no refund inside 6 hours or after collection. Missed flights or changes on the airline's side are handled case by case.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
