Tell us
Choose a service and give us the basics: airline, flight, bag tag or pickup details.

Authorise
For recovery, you authorise us digitally so the airline can release your bag to our team.

We handle it
We deal with the airline and the airport, collect the bag and keep you posted by SMS.
- 4
Handover
Proof of delivery at your door. For recovery services, that is when you pay.
Proof of delivery
At handover our courier records the time, location and a photo of the handover, and you receive a confirmation. If nobody is available we agree a new time — we never leave bags unattended.
