HalaBag processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

Legal basis

We process your data to perform the service you requested (contract), to meet legal obligations (accounting, aviation security), and, for optional alerts, on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to access your data, to request correction, to request deletion where processing is no longer necessary, and to withdraw consent. Requests are answered within the statutory period.

Cross-border transfer

Data stays in the Kingdom except where an airline or partner outside the Kingdom must receive your flight and baggage details to release or move your bag.
