Authorise us to act for you

Airlines and airports release a bag only to its owner or someone the owner has authorised. This authorisation is recorded with the date, time and your device, and attached to your request.

I, [Full name], holder of mobile number [Mobile number], authorise HalaBag Baggage Solutions Company and its agents to act on my behalf to locate, collect and take custody of my baggage or item described in request HB-•••••• from [Airline] and/or Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport (MED), to present this authorisation and my flight details to the airline, ground handler and airport authorities for that purpose, and to deliver the baggage or item to the address I have provided. I confirm that the details I have given are accurate, that I am the rightful owner or authorised custodian of the baggage or item, and that it contains no prohibited or dangerous goods. I understand that HalaBag's liability is governed by its published liability terms and that the delivery fee is payable only after collection. This authorisation is valid for this request only.
