Authorise us to act for you

Airlines and airports release a bag only to its owner or someone the owner has authorised. This authorisation is recorded with the date, time and your device, and attached to your request.

I, [Full name], holder of mobile number [Mobile number], authorise HalaBag Baggage Solutions Company and its agents to act on my behalf to locate, collect and take custody of my baggage or item described in request HB-•••••• from [Airline] and/or [Airport], to present this authorisation and my flight details to the airline, ground handler and airport authorities for that purpose, and to deliver the baggage or item to the address I have provided. I confirm that the details I have given are accurate, that I am the rightful owner or authorised custodian of the baggage or item, and that it contains no prohibited or dangerous goods. I understand that HalaBag's liability is governed by its published liability terms and that the delivery fee is payable only after collection. This authorisation is valid for this request only.
