How do I book a luggage pickup or delivery?
You can easily book through our mobile app. Just select your pickup and drop-off location, date, and number of bags.
How early should I book my service?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day service may be available in select locations.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking via our app or by contacting our support team.
How do I track my luggage?
Every bag is tagged with a unique tracking code. You can view real-time updates through our tracking page or app.
Is my luggage safe?
Absolutely! All luggage is handled by trained professionals and is insured against loss or damage during transit.
What type of luggage do you accept?
We handle suitcases, duffel bags, and standard checked luggage. Oversized or fragile items may require pre-approval.
I forgot my luggage at the airport. Can HalaBag deliver it to me?
Yes! We work closely with partner airlines as Saudia Airlines to deliver delayed or forgotten luggage straight to your hotel or home.
How much does the service cost?
Pricing depends on your location, number of bags, and delivery urgency. You’ll see an exact quote during booking.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and Apple Pay. Payment is made online at the time of booking.
